If you are having problems downloading the program, such as being very slow or the download failing after 10+ minutes, you might want to try using a download manager.  A download manager takes over when you download a file from the Internet Browser.  The download manager handles the download.  It can speed up a download by breaking a file into several sections to download simultaneously and most importantly it will resume broken file downloads.  I have used the "FDM Lite" successfully.  See link below.
